Philly Hardwood Floors did an excellent job in restoring & refinishing 550 sf of deteriorated wood flooring in our very old apartment. Ryan (Owner)
sanded the floors to remove old carpet underlayment’s adhesives, deodorized the area to remove extensive cat urination issues & applied 2-3 coats of an oil based polyurethane coatings using a low 275 VOC product that I specified. We are extremely satisfied with Ryan’s performance & highly recommend Philly Hardwood Floors!!communication, they made sure they delivered the best to me. Highly recommended!
